The Personality
Childish - Kana is not one for the strict and stressful life an an adult. She will throw tantrums when she doesn't have her way. She can be extremely jealous of others and often very selfish, but she somehow has been able to maintain the childish innocence that so many lose in their later years of life.
Playful – Kana loves to be in a light hearted situation. Since most of her time is spent with a serious face it is often up to her to bring a smile to her own face. She enjoys playing pranks on people and having fun. Laughing is the one thing she enjoys most during her rather dull life. She will often break out into fits of laughter at random times though which makes taking her seriously a bit difficult for some people.
Shrewd- Kana is a very insightful, intelligent and sharp person. She is a quick study, uses her knowledge to her advantage and is always helping people understand their emotions and thoughts and current situations. She can come to conclusions very quickly which is something of a virtue for her. She might not seem very intelligent at times with how ditzy she can be with certain things. There are often moments in time that words someone is speaking may go in one ear and out the other.
Lively – Kana has a very energetic personality and exudes an aura that most tend to gravitate towards. She is often a person who enjoys the company of others and does what she can to lend a hand. She loves to be social and hardly ever feels out of place when she is in a crowd.
Emotional – Kana is normally a person who expresses herself without fear. She is a human who is unafraid to open up to a complete stranger. She likes to form bonds and hardly every shuts others out.
Passionate – She is personality that is filled with a fiery burning passion which can easily go a bit overboard. She tends to be a bit intense in her actions and thoughts, often pushing things further than they need to go. She is also full of love and compassion for people. She knows her femininity very well and often uses that to her advantage.
Hot Tempered and Blunt – Well the best way to describe this is….when Kana gets angry about something anything passing through her mind will come out like word vomit. It is rare that she holds in what she is thinking anyway, but she has the mouth of a sailor and the temper of an Italian house wife to boot. It can be a rather scary sight when unleashed in the public eye, but she is a rather patient young woman and it takes a while for her anger to build up.
Athletic - Kana has been involved in sports since a young age. She enjoys being outside and doing physical activities. P.E. is possibly her best subject because of the fact that it allows her to be more hands on then most of her other classes. She likes to run and is extremely flexible. Although martial arts is probably her best form.

APPEARANCE: Standing at a height just over five feet and with a slender build, Kana is quite the looker. With a sweet face and delicate features such as her eyes that are a dark brown nearly ebony color. Her skin is a soft cream color with rosy undertones. Her hair is naturally a very dark brown. She has it cut with many layers and a pair of soft bangs that hang over her forehead and stop just above her eyes with the overall length ending just below her waist..
In terms of her appearance, Kana likes to wear vivid colors. She is open to most styles of clothing, often dressing to the situation rather than what she prefers for comfort. In school she will wear the traditional uniform that most of the girls in the Ouran academy do, but in her free time it will vary between jeans and a t-shirt or a dress. She normally wears light make-up that is rather easy to apply.

The Story
HISTORY: Kana's life has been pretty normal for a girl in her status within society. From a young age many doors were open to her for her future. Her mother often got her modeling jobs and took her across the world. When she was five she started school at Ouran academy. On paper her grades were not always the best, but they did improve over the years. To the point that she is now within the top ten of her class. When she was seven her parents got a divorce and she was forced to accept that her family was falling apart. An angry child during tha span of time she took to sports as an outlet for her emotions, mainly karate and gymnastics. She set a goal for herself to prove how amazing she can be and has been working to make her mother proud. As for her future she really isn't sure what she wants for her herself, but for now she needs to focus on her schooling. She is an active member of Ouran Academy's Karate Club and often pays visits to the Host Club of the school.[/ul]

Kana sighed softly as she looked at the yellow box that sat on the table in front of her. She poked at the white rice within it and couldn’t decide what to do with it. She wasn’t really hungry at the current moment, but it would really be the only chance she had to eat until later that evening. She had a good amount of homework to do and her club activities would last until the late afternoon.
The third year student shook her head slowly and put the lid back on the small bento and lay her chopsticks to the side. ”Maybe I should get started on my history.” She opened the pink and blue backpack that rested on the ground and pulled the thick red textbook from it. She felt a rush of panic run through her body as she dug through the bag in search of a specific note green notebook. ”Where is my journal!?” A red hue came to her cheeks as she tried to remember the last place that she used the precious object. Her dark eyes widened with realization as she scooped up her backpack with the intent of going to find it, but the missing journal fell on the floor out from under the bag. ”Oh thank goodness.”
