 → HAVE YOU HEARD THE NEWS THAT YOU'RE DEAD ?NO ONE EVER HAD MUCH NICE TO SAY ,( I THINK THEY NEVER LIKED YOU ANYWAY ! ) - - - - - - - - - -Kana walked down the hall with her mind nearly blank. The school day was just coming to an end and the start of club activities were fast approaching. She wasn’t dressed in her normal uniform, but rather a pair of black running pants and a white tank top. She shook her head and pulled the long strands of dark brown hair into a ponytail. ”How could I have forgotten my Gi at home? I need that for practice.” An annoyed sigh left her lips and she shook her head. Recently she hadn’t been on top of her game with anything. Perhaps it was the fact that her mother wanted her to pay a visit to her father which was something that she really didn’t want to do.
She stopped for a moment when a pink object caught her eye. She walked over to investigate and instantly realized just what the item was. The sweet pink rabbit lay on the ground of the hallway looking lonely and nearly forgotten. ”Usa-chan!” Kana scooped up the bunny and cradled it gently to her chest. Such a precious object laying on the ground was never a good sign. A bit of panic raced through the third year as she went off in search of the stuffed treasure’s owner.
”It’s not normal for Hunny-chan to forget about you.” A soft blush crept its way onto her cheeks as she realized that she was holding one of Mitsukuni Haninozuka’s most beloved object. ”He must be worried sick about you Usa-chan.” She smiled softly at the rabbit and continued her search for her classmate. In truth her heart was pounding in her chest. She would often visit Hunny in the host club often for the same reasons other members did…she liked him. He was so sweet and just plain adorable, although her crush on him stemmed a bit further back than most people. Hers started in the karate club when he was a member and once the captain.

"Usa-chaaaaaan!~"
The sound of a wailing third year student could be heard for miles around, it seemed. Hunny had gotten distracted for one second when accepting a piece of cake from a classmate, and in that time he'd put his precious Usa-chan on the floor to sit and wait for him to finish the cake. And then in that one moment of distraction, he'd forgotten to pick the pink bunny back up! To add to his problems, he couldn't remember where he'd put the bunny down.
Tears ran from his eyes as he searched the school for his precious bunny. Where was Takashi when he needed him? He was always so level headed in situations like these, he'd surely be able to find Usa-chan! "Takashiii!" he cried, now looking for both the bunny and his cousin and best friend. But mostly the bunny.
Oh poor Usa-chan! Probably all alone somewhere, lost and lonely and waiting for its owner to return... Mitsukuni sniffled just to think of the poor thing in such a state. What would he do if he couldn't find it? ...No, he'd have to find it. Hunny wiped at his watery eyes and continued on his search, running down every hallway and looking left and right for Usa-chan. He'd find it! He had to! |

She knew that Hunny must be a nervous wreck without his precious pink bunny. She sighed softly as she came to a stop outside one of the math classrooms. The school was huge and she was going to be late for practice which was never a good idea. ”What should I do?” She cast a look down at the rabbit that she held tightly in her arms as if she were expecting a reply from his little black threaded mouth. ”I can’t let Hunny go without you for too long. It wouldn’t be right, so I’ll just skip practice today and we can get you back to where you belong Usa-chan.” She smiled softly at the rabbit and started to head off in another direction.
The sound of wailing hit her ears loudly. She knew the voice that it belonged to almost instantly. Kana quickly took off into the direction that the sounds were coming from. She followed the voice for a bit of time until the figure of Mitsukuni came into her line of sight. She stopped for a moment and couldn’t help but see the tears that were streaming down his cheeks. A look of concern crossed her face as she approached him slowly. ”Hunny are you okay?” She held out the soft rabbit with one hand. ”I found Usa-chan in the hallway. I’m sure he missed you a lot.”
[/color] She offered him a gentle smile and hoped that having the small bunny back in his possession would help him smile again. ( PERSON TAGGED FOR HERE )

What if someone had taken Usa-chan? What if he never got to see his beloved bunny again? Oh, the thought was just too terrible. He couldn't even imagine... but luckily he didn't have to imagine, because his hope was restored! Kana, a girl in his own year who he remembered from the karate club, was coming toward him now, and- oh, what was that she was holding? It couldn't be... it was! It was Usa-chan! Hunny's tears stopped almost immediately and he grinned from ear to ear as he ran toward his pink bunny and most prized possession.
"Usa-chaaaan!~" he called, taking the bunny and holding it in a close embrace. He then remembered how he'd gotten the bunny and quickly offered his thanks to the girl who'd returned it to him. "I'm okay now that I have Usa-chan back! I was so worried!" it was only now that he had Usa-chan safely returned to him that he realized something. "Kana-chan, aren't you in karate club?~ Is it cancelled today?" he asked curiously. It wasn't often that Kana missed karate club, after all. Speaking of clubs, now that he had Usa-chan, he really should have been heading back to the host club... oh well, Tama-chan wouldn't be angry at him for talking to Kana. |

She smiled softly and watched as her classmate readily swiped the pink rabbit from her arms. In some way she felt a bit sad now that she didn’t have the company of the sweet toy, but it soon faded as she saw how happy it made Mitsukuni to have the object back within his possession. ”I found him on the floor of the hall. You should be much more careful with him Hunny-chan. Usa-chan seemed to be sad while you were gone, but I’m sure some cake will change that soon.”
She pushed a stray hair from in front of her eyes and tucked it behind her ear. She was caught off guard a bit by his question concerning the karate club. She considered a response to his question that would explain why she wasn’t there at the needed time. Club activities started some time ago so it was far too late for her to go, besides she wasn’t dressed properly and she didn’t want to seem disrespectful of the art form. ”I decided not to go to practice today. I forgot my gear at home, so I can’t really attend anyway.” She smiled sweetly and messed fiddled with the bottom of her shirt. ”What about you Hunny? What are your plans for the afternoon I mean. Host Club activities perhaps, or do you maybe have some free time?”
